Tech Pack Creation: Compiling all technical specifications into a Tech Pack.
Sourcing: Procuring materials and selecting manufacturing partners.
Production Planning: Scheduling and organizing the production process.
Manufacturing: Actual production of the garments.
Quality Control: Ensuring that the final products meet the required standards.
Logistics and Distribution: Shipping and delivering the finished products to retailers or customers.
