  5. Prototyping and Sampling: Developing prototypes and samples to test designs and materials.

  6. Pattern Making: Creating patterns for the garments based on the designs.

  7. Tech Pack Creation: Compiling all technical specifications into a Tech Pack.

  8. Sourcing: Procuring materials and selecting manufacturing partners.

  9. Production Planning: Scheduling and organizing the production process.

  10. Manufacturing: Actual production of the garments.

  11. Quality Control: Ensuring that the final products meet the required standards.

  12. Logistics and Distribution: Shipping and delivering the finished products to retailers or customers.
